🎯 Objective

CONVERSION

Increase TikTok’s user base in the UK and other key EMEA markets, focusing on the 18-34 market.

Following production, we've built socially optimised videos that showcase the content and functionality within the TikTok app to drive people to download.


🎨 Direction

Continuing on from the success of previous campaigns, we’ve created inspirational and entertaining PGC (polished) videos that resonate with the masses. We centred the filmmaker production around the following themes:

Food / Home&Garden / Art / Misc. / Create on TikTok

Following production, we’ve built socially optimised videos that showcase the content and functionality within the TikTok app. The creative routes explored are as follows:

  • Single narrative - Entice audiences to download TikTok by showcasing a single video that encapsulates the TikTok style content that’s available on the platform. Duration can be between 6 & 12 seconds.

  • Mash-ups - Showcase the range of different content available through the TikTok app, through energetic edits or packaging up videos focusing on topics variety, one single topic or based on dialogues


Best Practice

We’ve outlined some of the key social media best practices that we’ve incorporated into the content to make sure it doesn’t just look good but it’s also effective:

👌Branding 👌- The TikTok branding has been injected through each content, knowing that it shouldn't be the focus.

🎯Focus 🎯- All content delivers the message in a short amount of time and brings core message or hook within the first 3 seconds.

📈Creative Variance 📈- Each piece is unique meaning it's perfect for testing to understand what is engaging with consumers to influence future content.

🔇Sound Off 🔇- Content can be understood with sound off, however delights with sound on through the use of audio tracks that complement the animation style of the video.

Delivery & Next Steps:

  • Please select your favourite 33 UK videos from, using the asset reference code (E.g. NGNL_XXXX).The 14 EU videos can be selected at the end of Phase 2)

  • The videos are currently in 9:16 format, optimized for Stories.

  • Following selection, you have 1 round of feedback on your selected videos.

  • Once amended we will proceed to formatting (4:5 & 16:9) for an overall delivery of 99 videos + Snap Story Tiles.
