✅ The Objective

This campaign is all about establishing Lancôme as having the most advanced services to help consumers discover their true skincare needs — and driving viewers to download or book their session.

We’ve leveraged vibrant product assets, distinct branding and premium motion graphics to paint a vivid picture: With Skin Screen and e-Youth Finder, Lancôme can deliver the insight nobody else can — wherever you are.


⭐️ The Creative

We’ve created content separated into 3 groups:

  1. Skin Screen in the following formats:

    • 9:16 (10 seconds)

    • 1:1 (4 seconds)

  2. e-Youth Finder in the following formats:

    • 9:16 (10 seconds)

    • 1:1 (4 seconds)

  3. Combination in the following format:

    • 9:16 (10 seconds)


📱 The Placements

Targeting Facebook, Instagram and WeChat, we made sure to tap into the platforms’ best practices and considerations for each format.

  • Recognizable: The Lancôme brand and each service logo are featured early and prominently in each piece of content, while messaging and visuals are consistent with past portrayals of the brand identity.

  • Focused: Each video is consumable, direct and easy to digest in a news feed or story.

  • Key Message: Across our 4-second content, videos open with a hook message before quickly landing a single visual and benefit message and driving action.

Delivery & Next Steps:

  • All 9:16 will be optimized for 1:1, and all 1:1 videos will also be optimized for 9:16

  • Please select 5 videos (1 for each Skin Screen and e-Youth Finder duration, and 1 Combination)and provide your feedback by Thursday (3rd September) in preparation for our Feedback Call on Friday. (4th September at 3:30 p.m. BST).
